Processing and dispatch
Orders in which every item is in stock are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET on a Friday dispatch the following Monday. If any item on an order is on pre-order, the whole order ships together once that item is released, unless you ask us to split the shipment.

Because our peptides are supplied lyophilized, cold shipping is not required for standard domestic transit times. Cold pack shipping is offered for longer transit windows, warmer climates, or where a receiving protocol requires it.
Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot forward orders through a freight consolidator.
Tracking and delivery
A tracking number is emailed when the label is generated. Someone does not need to be present to sign for a standard order. If a delivery is marked as delivered and you cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
Shipment protection
Every order includes shipment protection at no extra cost. Lost, stolen or damaged packages are covered. Email support@vantriqlabs.com with your order number and, for damage, a photograph of the packaging and vial as received.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. Research compounds cannot be restocked once they have left our custody, because chain-of-custody and storage conditions can no longer be verified.
There are two exceptions:
- Damage in transit. If a vial arrives cracked, unsealed or visibly compromised, we reship the product at our cost.
- Out-of-specification material. If a lot tests below its stated purity specification on independent verification by the customer, we reship the product. Send the analytical report, the lot number and your order number.
In both cases contact us within 30 days of delivery. Reshipment is our standard remedy; a refund to the original payment method is issued where reshipment is not possible.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled until the shipping label is generated. Once a label exists the order is committed and the terms above apply.
