These terms form an agreement between you and Vantriq Labs. By using this site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to form a binding contract. You must be purchasing on behalf of yourself or an organisation for laboratory or investigational research use, and you must be able to store and handle research chemicals in a controlled environment.
2. Research use only
Every product sold on this site is supplied for research use only. It is not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not for use in food, supplements or cosmetics. By ordering you agree that you will not administer any product to a human or an animal, and that you will not resell it for that purpose.
We may refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe this condition will not be met, and we may decline to supply a customer without giving a reason.
3. Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax. We may correct pricing or description errors before dispatch; if a correction materially changes your order we will contact you and you may cancel.
Promotional codes apply to product value only, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Shipping, title and risk
We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Our shipment protection policy is set out on the Shipping, Returns & Refunds page and forms part of these terms.
5. Documentation
Each lot is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis describing that lot. Analytical values relate to the lot tested. They are not a representation about performance in your assay, model or storage conditions.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to misrepresent our products — including by presenting them as suitable for human or veterinary use.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its text, images, layout and code are owned by Vantriq Labs or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own research and purchasing purposes. Any other reproduction requires our written permission. Compound names, CAS numbers and database identifiers are used for identification only.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, experimental results or research time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Vantriq Labs against claims arising from your use, handling, storage, resale or disposal of any product supplied, or from your breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
