What purity level are your peptides and how is it verified?
Vantriq Labs peptides are released to a specification of ≥98% purity. Purity is measured by reverse-phase HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and confirmed by mass spectrometry. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis documenting the measured purity is posted on each product page.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and how do I read it?
A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by our quality control lab confirming the identity, purity, and concentration of the compound in a specific production lot. It includes the lot number, HPLC purity percentage, mass spec confirmation of molecular weight, and testing date. Each CoA is lot-specific and traceable.
What is reconstitution solution and what ships with my order?
Lyophilized peptides must be brought back into solution before analytical work. A 10 mL bottle of reconstitution solution is included free with every order, calibrated to the compounds purchased. We do not provide reconstitution volumes, concentrations, or protocols. Determining the appropriate diluent and volume for a given experiment is the responsibility of the researcher.
How should I store peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at −20°C in a sealed container, protected from light and moisture. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 4°C and used within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can degrade peptide integrity.
How long do peptides remain stable?
Lyophilized peptides stored correctly at −20°C are stable for 24 months or longer. Stability varies by sequence — peptides containing cysteine, methionine, or glutamine may have shorter shelf lives. Once reconstituted, stability is typically 4 weeks refrigerated.
How fast do you ship and is cold shipping required?
Orders with all items in stock ship within 24 hours of being placed. Because our peptides are lyophilized, cold shipping is not required for standard transit times. For longer transit or warmer climates, cold pack shipping is available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Do you offer bulk pricing or minimum order quantities for businesses?
Yes. We offer preferred pricing for qualified businesses that order in volume. There are no strict minimum order quantities for standard purchases, but tiered discounts apply at higher volumes. Contact us directly for preferred pricing and discounts and we will work with you to set up a professional account.
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. However, if a product arrives damaged or tests below its stated purity specification upon independent verification by the customer, we will reship the product. Please contact us with your order number and documentation and we will take care of it.
